      To make an investment in CPS unsecured renewable subordinated notes:

  1. Print a Subscription Agreement and Direct Deposit form. Complete and sign both documents.

  2. Make a check made payable to Consumer Portfolio Services for the amount of the note(s) you want to purchase.

  3. Mail your completed Subscription Agreement, Direct Deposit form and check to:

           P.O. Box 5474
           Hopkins, MN 55343

After receipt of your completed Subscription Agreement, Direct Deposit form and check, a note will be created for you. We will send you a "Purchase Confirmation" that details your note purchase.
